"Since we've been using doinstruct, you can notice that there's even more attention paid to hygiene, orders, and cleanliness than before. The training sessions are simply much more personal – and you can see that throughout the entire team." - Retail Managerin Tanja

The Challenge
Planning effort and paperwork for employee training
Previously, training in Sehne Bakery's approximately 200 branches meant: numerous appointments, paper forms, long travel distances, and often no clear overview of who learned what and when.
Particularly with sensitive topics like hygiene, this creates significant work for branch teams and quality management: training records must be documented manually, signature lists managed, and reminders for pending training sessions followed up on. Training for new employees remains a burden on managers and is conducted manually on-site.

The Solution
E-learning, available at any time and with a personal touch
With doinstruct, Sehne has taken the step into the digital training world, initially for branch employees and soon in production.
The digital training content saves time and is practical and tailored to the business. Employees receive short video content directly on their smartphone or computer. They show realistic scenarios from their own work environment, such as refrigerator hygiene or handling cleaning agents. The personal style is particularly appreciated: familiar faces from the company guide through the content and explain step by step what is important.

The value
Better quality and more time for everyday work
No more paperwork, no organizational effort, and no abstract content that gets forgotten. The digital training on cleanliness, ordering, and procedures is well-received by employees and shows results.
Follow-up questions show: content isn't just consumed, but internalized. For quality assurance officers, this means less paperwork, fewer repetitions – and at the same time clear proof to authorities that training is conducted regularly and effectively. This is real progress, especially when it comes to handling hygiene-related topics.

The competitive advantage
Time savings and automatic documentation
At Sehne, training sessions are no longer dry mandatory events that burden working hours, but now fulfill their actual purpose: employees learn in a practical and time-flexible manner what's important for the business. At the same time, managers are relieved of burden and protected, as doinstruct automatically documents learning progress.
Internal feedback shows: The switch to digital training gives Sehne a clear competitive advantage in terms of employer attractiveness, quality control, and time savings in operations.
